Had a track workout at Kezar last night. We did an "inverted pyramid" -- 3 miles of increasingly smaller intervals at increasing speeds. It was hard, but good. I think my speed may finally be increasing, though it's hard to tell without going farther. Tomorrow morning we're doing 6 miles, which should be a good test. Jane and I did our own track workout a few nights ago. I wanted to see how fast I could run one mile, and I did it in a little less than 7 minutes. I remember running miles in less than 6 minutes in middle school. I guess my glory days are long gone.
